I have been a Farmer’s Insurance customer since 1976. I have remained with them for three basic reasons: The quality of coverage, I have never been disappointed with a claim settlement. The rates are competitive, for the coverage received. The staff at the agency, one of whom is AMY WHISLER. I can always count on Amy to handle any policy changes, or questions I submit, in a timely and professional manner. I don’t have time to waste on second requests. Amy has never “Dropped the ball” regarding my insurance needs.
